Yeah, that kid’s reaction was priceless. When I was a kid and watched wrestling, I loved the Big Boss Man and Hulk Hogan, and I wasn’t thinking about work rates or who was over or stuff like that, I just loved my heroes, and that’s always fun to see…at least in stuff that doesn’t actually impact the product.
I thought that was a great thing to do. I saw the piece on the Today Show and that little boy just lit up when he saw Cena walk onto the Set. Thats another reason I cannot bring myself to dislike John Cena.
Cena does seem to be a quality guy.
My only gripe with things like this is that they only ever show Cena do this. I don’t know if it’s a desperate attempt to get the boos off of him, but they do only show him.
It makes sense. He gets the most requests by large margin.
Classy move tonight period. I’ve seen those on the Internet who dislike it but it’s times like these people have to drop being the harcore wrestling fan and just be a human.
