Impact Draws Lowest Audience In Seven Months

This past Thursday’s show saw the worst audience of the year.  The numbers have been going down since Bully won the title but are falling even faster now that it’s all about Sting and Hogan.

Imagine that: people don’t care about Bubba Ray Dudley vs. two old guys in the year 2013.  I for one am shocked.

It’s become pretty much a copy and paste of last years Slammiversary main event. Expect they traded Bobby Roode for Bully Ray and some extra weight.

Throw in Angle vs D’lo and I’m not surprised. The X division match was the only match on the whole show that I really paid attention too. Sabin and Dutt was a nice throw back to when the division was what drew a lot of people in but I agree with your thoughts on the whole 3 way matches. I do have to ask why they keep pushing the knockouts as the co main event. The Angle/D’lo match would have been better in that spot. Hell the Terry handicap match would have been better in the co main slot.

TNA is always fluctuating in quality. At some point in the near future, we’ll be raving about it again. But if Aces and 8s sticks around past BFG, maybe not…
