Triple H going over Bryan would be somewhat hilarious on a few levels though, you must admit.
I would pay to hear the speech HHH gives the locker room afterwards.
I can see HHH vs Bryan ending screwy and Hogan makes them both in the title match for the fourway so HHH doesn’t have to job to Bryan before Bryan wins the titles unfortunately
Why is that unfortunate?
Is it bad that, if Vince wasn’t there, I could actually see HHH leaving WrestleMania with the belt?
HHH better not book himself to beat Bryan and then win the title.
Look, even if that sets up HHH vs. Bryan for the title at Extreme Rules, the sheer amount of heat he would get would never go away. Just like Nash at Starrcade 98.
Regardless if Nash did the right thing and let Goldberg beat him as revenge after that event, the fact that he booked himself to snap the Streak has never left his memory alone.
That’s been the rumor for months now. I didn’t believe them when they came out and I don’t now. That’s just too far for ANY reasonable thinking.
Then again, I never thought Goldberg would be sidelined after winning the World title from Hogan, while Hogan got the main event spot for…no reason whatsoever.
Then again…you think HHH’s ego is as big as Hogan’s?
No I don’t. Well, maybe it is but there’s a stopgap in Vince to prevent that from happening. I honestly don’t believe it’ll happen but they might want to make us believe it will.
This just got me more pumped for Mania. This change makes you wonder which one happens more than the other.
Or Evolution finally taking over. Oh mother of God, help us.
