I’m guessing a lot of this is because the writers weren’t sure who was winning until that weekend and didn’t know to plan the Rumble accordingly. Nobody had spots. Nobody came in and showed off for two-three minutes and then got dumped which imo is what makes good rumbles work.

I totally agree with you the congestion of the ring( when five guys get eliminated in 10 seconds and the ring is still full it’s a problem). I also agree they bunched the old timers together to much, you could have easily been bold and put Lesnar at 1 and Goldberg at 2, let them brawl for 3 minutes( eliminating a comedy jobber at 3) until Goldberg dumps Lesnar. Strowman could easily throw out Goldberg soon after instead of Taker. This lets everybody else free up to do their thing the whole match instead of bogging down waiting for three old timers to drop them.

How dare you insinuate Jack Gallagher shouldn’t have been in the Rumble. I’ll agree on Kalisto, Crews, and Henry, as well as the length of time those guys were in the match. Zayn’s exact outing should have been swapped with Jericho’s, and that group of 12-13 guys that were in there that long could have scored some eliminations on each other without affecting the outcome at all.
