Honestly, the Angle promo will never stop being hilarious to me. He was dead on though: the fans recognize who the best in the Ring is.

The EC Match wasn’t that bad to me cause they did try something different. Carlito was notoriously lazy, and Masters needed the right opponent to do well, and unfortunately, that pretty much boiled down to HBK. Kane was in a weird spot since the Snitsky feud and honestly, with the BS they put him through in ’06, they should’ve given him a run with the WH title instead of freaking Khali when Edge got hurt.

From 2002-2007, Triple H had about four good matches not carried by Shawn. He had a bad case of “my girlfriend/wife’s an executive” and he had no motivation and it took him ripping his thigh off to finally be great again. You could tell Show wasn’t exactly “Mr. Motivation” at this point, but not as awful as he was as ECW champ

Mickie vs Trish was a really good match I thought. The thing was in this era was Mickie was hotter than legally be allowed (well, still is but you know what I mean) but could back it up in the Ring. Unfortunately, aside from Trish, Beth, Melina and kinda Lita, she was never given decent enough competition to show off until she went to TNA and came back when wrestling was the focus for women. Trish was awesome as usual.

Helms would’ve been a huge star had he been about 5 inches taller and not been from North Carolina. Instead, he was buried by Lawler on live PPV in 2006 and other than the meaningless cruiserweight title, was treated like a joke whenever something that mattered popped up.

Viscera vs Shelton was awful, purely cause Viscera had an entire galaxy’s worth of gravitational pull around him and Shelton wasn’t a miracle worker. Momma Benjamin cracked me up though cause she reminded me of my grandma so there’s that

The bra and panties match was… Well it was… Yeah I got nothing

I know the review was a while ago, but maybe let me know your thoughts on my analysis. I would really appreciate it

I watched this PPV on WWE Classic on Demand and it sucked. There was funny moments where Mickie James started to feel on Trish Stratus during there match and when Viscera wanted Shelton Benjamin’s momma but that was it. Oh and how can I forget the moment Edge won the WWE Championship for the first time! Classic.

Anyways, this PPV wasn’t very good and really proved to WWE that the Raw/Smackdown PPV separation was a bad idea.

Yeah it was pretty bad. The Chamber didn’t help things at all as there was no point to it at all other than to have the Chamber there.
