WWELeaks: Creative Staff Member John Piermarini Tells Of Plans
John Piermarini, a former WWE writer, has started a blog telling of all kinds of things that have been planned recently. Everywhere on the forums I frequent (forums.wrestlezone.com. Best forums there are and if you don’t believe me I’ll give you your money back) I hear about this and a few things pop to my mind.
1. Yes let’s just immediately believe everything this guy says. Take it with a grain of salt people.
2. Do you really think Vince doesn’t know about this? Do you really think he might not change things up to keep fans confused? This could get interesting.
3. A lot of what he said was common sense if you really think about it.
Thoughts?
I honestly don’t buy it. I mean, sure the stuff he’s saying is somewhat common sense, but why should we believe him. Vince’ll change stuff up, like he always does. For instance, he re-wrote tonight’s Raw this morning, who’s to say he won’t change some of this stuff? This is just another employee hungry for attention, nothing more, nothing less.
Well he should’t open his mouth about things that isn’t his business anymore. Like Muffin said, some people just need to stay relevant and stir up controversy.
I think my take on this is that he didn’t really say anything too shocking, did he? We knew McIntyre was in for a big push, we knew Barrett was the favorite to face Taker at Mania, we knew Christian would never be a main eventer. Even the stuff about Skip Sheffield is going that far out on a limb.
It’s kinda cool to hear this stuff, true or not, from a former creative member, but there is nothing that shocking in this to me.
Some people need to try and stay relevant, and if it ends up in a job with the competition, so be it.
I have no issue with him doing this. I’m saying people need to take it with a grain of salt.
