Funny you mentioned DX not defending HBK. I’m watching this episode as speak and it really seems like they were actually in on it.

As HBK left the arena both HHH and X-PAC made comments to the tune of “what goes around comes around”

Still the greatest pop ever in the industry? Stone Colds entrance was epic

Side note his WM 17 entrance isn’t far off. Ugh Austin is ridiculous

Just rewatched this show. The whole Foley wins thing is great, that goes without saying, but that Road Dogg/Al Snow match is a pretty sweet little gem.

And fingerpoke of doom was da most disappointing although memorable

Foley celebrating w/da title top 5 moment n wrestling history. On a side note I remember seeing da show live on USA and ALWAYS thought DX played a part n Hbk beatdown

I was one of the people who switched over to RAW that infamous night. That Mick Foley moment sums up in 10 minutes why Vince beat WCW. It’s pretty interesting too how hot the crowds were back then compared to today. Even Essa Rios got huge crowd pops. Today there are main eventers and you can hear a pin drop during their matches.
