  1. I always liked the Austin-McMahons segment. Steve was on a roll, and they highlighted his history with each one perfectly. Vince you knew he was getting one no matter what, Shane just because he’s the demon spawn. SC actually seemed to be trying to be a gentleman to Steph but she gave him a reason. Linda he genuinely wanted to be nice to, she was always the voice of reason. But didn’t Vince ever warn her not to be alone with Austin and a beer?
Just for kicks, what’s worse: Linda’s Stunner or Trump’s at WM23?

I remember watching this show the night it aired. I thought the Shawn vs. Angle match was excellent, one of the best TV matches in 2005. HHH turning on Flair after their tag team legit caught me off guard that night, as I had NO idea it was coming. Edge vs. Matt was decent. Everything else, although I do remember it, was nothing spectacular. The Raw vs. Smackdown “rivalry” ALWAYS had me shaking my head (one of the main reasons being I was NEVER a fan of the “brand extension”), as I never bought into it on any level, and Bischoff doing the “lights out” thing just made me roll my eyes, just I like did when I saw they booked Cena vs. Bischoff as the “main event”. Hogan trying to lay down a challenge to Steve Austin failed miserably.
