Thought of the Day: The Refreshing Thing About The Shield
You’ve probably overlooked it.They have reasonable objectives. They’re not here to take over WWE, they’re not here to try to shut the company down, and they’re not here to take out a certain person. Shield is in WWE to win titles and be the best around. It’s SO much better than hearing about whatever group is here to get power or take over. Sometimes it’s ok to just want titles instead of some huge goal.
One more good thing about the Shield is that they have not changed the members. They have been on the roster for over 8 months and have retained the three. It is very refreshing to see a stable that does not have a different set of members every week.
I hate when people say “but this rumor said.” I’m not defending the WWE but gracie you are an absolute idiot. RVD was a lock to be Heyman’s new guy but look how that turned out. Don’t use wrestling websites like those as facts because…guess what THEY ARE NOT FACTS.
You’re calling that gracie dude an idiot cause he brought up a rumored storyline(that based on what we’ve been watching looks like will come true)? What about everything else he said that he is completely on the money with? Jay is the idiot. He’s being his usual, hypocritical WWE loving/TNA bashing self.

OK look im just pointing out what ive seen from TNA over the years with their Faction Warfare/hostile takeover Storylines. SEX,Planet Jarrett,Immortal,MEM,Aces/Eights,what do they all have in common? Ding Ding Ding they wanted to take over the Company.
I know WWE has done Power Struggle Storylines but they don’t every Faction that comes along doing what TNA has done for most of their time as a Company.

I called him an idiot for using the rumored storyline like it was a fact. He could say that it looks like WWE is heading for HHH vs Vince and it would be stupid. I’m not arguing about his opinions on other stuff or even saying he is wrong that this is a stupid storyline.
I love The Shield and it is refreshing to see a Group not trying to take power & control of the Company. Here that TNA? Its ok to do that.
Hear that TNA? WWE is the one that does the power struggle storyline every other week. Sure TNA is doing it too but it’s unfair to bash one company and then completely ignore the fact that the other company is just as guilty.
Let’s also not forget that the rumored big match for the WWE is gonna be Vince for Triple H for…guess what CONTROL OF THE COMPANY
I would be down with a survivor series match for control of the company.
TNA has been doing the Control of the Company thing for half their existence.
Yeah but WWE doesn’t constantly do it all the time.
What?! They DO do it all the time. There is constantly a some sort of power struggle storyline since they introduced the GM characters 11 years ago. For once can you take off your WWE rose colored glasses?
I feel like the momentum is fading though. Hopefully Ambrose will win the Smackdown MITB match to add another dimension to them.
