I had actually written a piece on how all 3 could conceivably turn and be the guy for THEY. All of it took a lot to find reason for but they all worked to some degree. Hardy worked the best though since it was most shocking but they crapped the bed the next night with it by not making him a corporate sellout. Giving him creative control and the “anti-christ” thing ruined it for me. That’s a fine character on its own I guess, but not as the champion lackey to a power takeover group.

Also, the next BFG was better in my opinion.

Yeah Hogan/Bischoff being the focus hurt Hardy a lot. That and it’s Jeff Hardy, who is just hard to boo.

If I’m not mistaken, wasn’t it heavily rumored weeks before this show that THEY would be Hogan, Bischoff and Jarrett(meaning Nash and Sting were the good guys all along)? Although the Hardy thing was shocking. Don’t think anyone was calling that.

Actually the question was whether it would be Hardy or Anderson turning. Angle never really was an option so it was going to be one of them as the top heel.

I believe this was the best Bound For Glory PPV TNA ever put on. The build was huge, the stage design is the best they ever used. Really wish it were the Impact Wrestling instead of that cheap one they use. It had some great matches and a shock ending.

Of course, it all got fumbled the following Impact, the show holds very strong.
