Well that show actually looked good probably. I don’t know what’s going on but WWE is actually on a mini roll right now. I’d rather Reigns not feud with Triple H cause I don’t want the Authority involved in the main storylines anymore and hopefully that was just to get Reigns over. And it worked. Be gone Hunter and Steph. You’ve served your purpose.

Can’t wait to listen to the epic “Who the helllll do you think you are!” promo Stephanie will deliver to Roman tonight.

Kudos to Reigns, he looked like a straight up badass. The match weren’t that great. The ladder match and Ambrose/Owens was really really good. I do hope this could be the start of a Owens push to the top. Potential Royal Rumble contender hopefully.

I’d hold off on Owens. Honestly I would want him to show some sort of commitment to losing weight before I give him a big push. Cause if he gets bigger, he’ll be worthless. His body is going to breakdown quicker and he won’t be able to keep this type of style at his current weight. Right now, he is fine. But the upcoming years will be trouble if he doesn’t change.

KB, i think you’re a bit confused on who the WWE Universe wants the heavyweight championship on. BECAUSE IT DEFINITLY AINT REIGNS! Matter of fact, they almost went ape sh*t when Reigns won Royal Rumble because the Universe despised the win.

To be honest with you, WWE is doing so poorly right now that i dont think theres anyone in WWE the WWE Universe want the title on (besides Daniel Bryan and maybe Lesnar). WWE hasnt made us care for anybody else. Roman Reigns never missed a title shot because one was never presented.

Did you not hear that crowd last night when Reigns started climbing the ladder? He’s over, and guys like you need accept it. This isn’t the Royal Rumble situation all over again, this is now and he’s busted his ass and has earned his spot.

      • ted says:

There is nothing to accept . This is not working. He’s still getting booed and he is still coming out to no reaction. As for he busted his ass, why does that make him special? Every person in the company works hard. Stop being a apologist and accept reality. Reigns is not over to the degree he needs to be and them just saying he is will not fix it.

    • Greg says:

WWE finally booked him right. This is how Reigns should have been all year. This is the type of guy people will cheer for. It is completely WWE’s fault that he is sometimes booed.

Reigns is not a guy who can handle 20 minute promos. His look also allows him to be someone who does not need to do 20 minute promos. Hide his weaknesses. Showoff his strengths.

  4. Greg says:

Man WWE really does not like Rowan.

  5. M.R. says:

I didn’t watch, but a B- rating for a show headlined by Sheamus and Roman Reigns sounds a bit unbelievable.

  6. Reid says:

I’ve wanted to like him since The Shield broke up and I hated seeing his potential be squandered for a year and a half. If they can just let him be like Lesnar for the next few weeks and have him destroy everything and eat villagers, problem solved. For the first time in a long time, I’m feeling optimistic about Raw, cautiously optimistic, but optimistic nonetheless.

  7. Jay H (the real one) says:

I just became an ever bigger Roman Reigns fan with him saying screw this I am tearing shit up. His moment is still coming obviously even though i thought it should have been here. Overall a good TLC PPV and i am interested to see what happens tomorrow night.

  8. Reid says:

YES!!! They finally made Roman interesting! Let’s see more!

  9. beckett929 says:

It was a really good show. Not a great night, but if you roll Charlotte/Paige out there and its the worst you’ve got, that’s a good night for in-ring action.

Owens/Dean will never be Benoit/Jericho, but they are the closest we’ve had since then in an IC title battle.

I thought they missed *the* moment to crown Roman, as he was climbing the ladder before ADR/Rusev came in. The live-crowd WANTED it. It was the closest to ready any live crowd has been for him.

However, the finish of him just going apeshit on everyone kind of makes up for it. He should continue that savagery and take it out on Dean & the Usos on RAW for not helping him. Making Roman a pure ass-kicking machine is what will keep him over, and killing the “tator tot” shit jokes.

    • larisano says:

Whilst I do agree with you that Reigns should be the Ultimate Ass-kicking machine going into Rumble season, and be kept away from the nonsense he is scripted to say on the mic so often. We all know WWE will undo everything starting tomorrow night, because they still very much want Cena 2.0 regardless.

Unfortunate, but at least I got what I wanted tonight, even if it doesn’t quite last.

I wasn’t personally that invested in the end segment, but it’s amazing how logical booking that plays to a guy’s strengths can get the crowd hot. The crowd didn’t care for Reigns for most of the match. After the match, he did what he actually does well and look like an absolute monster ripping through a hateable heel. They liked it. Crowds always like that. Crowds liked Sid and Diesel not when they were cutting promos or acting fan friendly but when they were smashing people.

  11. El Killjoy says:

I found the main event incredibly boring and devoid of any drama.

    • Thomas Hall says:

I loved that Superman Punch off the ladder but yeah you knew they weren’t changing the title here.

      • El Killjoy says:

The Triple H beatdown was awesome but the match itselg felt like they were just going through the motions. Same thing with Paige and Charlotte.

        • beckett929 says:

We’re so spoiled with the tag match to open and MITB, that the downtime between spots in a singles ladder match just makes it drag on.

Even Owens/Balor from Brooklyn wasn’t as hot as it should have been, and it had a great story & build to it.

        • Thomas Hall says:

          I can buy that.

    • Bam Bam says:

“despite this being a pretty solid show so far. It’s almost like they’re never happy no matter what they’re given”

That was what Roman needed there. That was a guy who had just had enough and wanted to make them pay. Emotion is the right word there which is what Roman needs to show more. Just have him go through everyone for a while and then beat HHH at Mania.
