Ugh I hope your wrong about Samson v Crews. Samson’s character is just not working and Crews is fine as a vanilla baby face because being that athletic and having that big smile is enough to pull it off IMO.

I do expect all three titles to change though if Balor is going to get called up to the main roster. I think that if ending the evening on a sour note with a triumphant heel champion than they will just put Nakamura v Zayn on last and really drive home that this is the passing of the torch in NXT.

Overall I’m excited about this show because the payoff of wrestlers such as Asuka and American Alpha getting their moment is well earned but this isn’t the best build up they have done from a storyline perspective. The best built feud going into this show is Corbin v Aries which is due to Corbin really growing in this heel role. It was also masterful of NXT to switch Corbin’s beef with Regal over overlooking him in favor of smaller Indy darlings( in his delusional opinion) to an actual small body Indy darling in Aries. But besides that the storylines are weak on actual meat as Asuka and Bayley was just thrown together, Revial and American Alpha haven’t even cut a targeted promo or had a physical interaction, and Joe v Balor feels like they just reheated the last feud. But the matches, moments, scale and pacing of the show will be undoubtedly awesome so it won’t matter as much.
