I’m pretty sure what Ambrose is saying about Ziggler is what we all feel: he’s wasted talent.
Yes he’s won championships and probably has a better resume than most but he’s never been what he could’ve been. On paper he’s a two-time world champion. In reality, he’s a bust. I’ve read things from you where you say “but he won’t win because he’s Dolph Ziggler” (paraphrasing of course).
To me that means we all know what he’s done, but we all know what he really is. And he really is the guy that never reached his potential.

Oh ok it’s just a matter of interpertation,
Using this chance, really love your reviwes, keep up the good work man, you rock

Ziggler never defended a World Title. The first he won, was handed to him and he lost at the very same night (to Edge I think). The second, did the MitB cash-in and lost in his first defence to AdR. Ambrose, with one title reign, has won more high-profile matches for the title than Dolph. Two vs. Rollins and the Shield 3-way. I think this is ot

That doesn’t mean that Ziggler has never won the big one though. If that’s the case, Mick Foley’s title win over the Rock on Raw means nothing as he lost it even faster than Ziggler did.

      • Austin 3:16 says:

But did they say that Ziggler never won a big one? If that’s the case, I agree with you, otherwise not. Unlike Ziggler, Foley won the title in a “normal” 1 on 1 match. And his title reign meant something, and I belive solified him as a true top player. Ziggler reigns did nothing for him, he never “grabbed the ball and scored a touchdown”. He just had it, spent most of his reign injured, and lost on his first attempt. Foley was imortalized after his title win and subsquent reign. Ziggler’s reign just did bad things for him, just prooved to Vince he was not relaiable enough to be world champion

They said Ziggler had never picked up the ball and scored a touchdown. That to me says never winning the big one.

I think what they are getting at is that he’s gotten many chances but never gotten the chance to run with the ball like others have before him. That’s how I take that.

I thought Smackdown was better than RAW this week and enjoyed it a little more. As far as another Tag and Womens Title im willing to see how it turns out especially if they add a few more people like Bayley and call up The Revival to help fill things out a little more.
