I could definitely see a triple threat feud of Owens, Reigns, and Rollins with each one being backed by each of the authority figures a la Wrestlemania 16. This probably gives them enough time to let whatever storyline they have brewing between Trips, Steph, Rollins. I think in the medium view(1-2 months from the Clash of Champions) is Reigns vs Owens.
Good article KB, glad to see it’s not a Triple H bashing article. I for one was glad to see him back.
Also, hopefully Owens gets to main event as champion and we don’t have another situation like when Punk was champ. I could easily see something like Owens/Rollins for the title being appetizer for Triple H vs Reigns on a PPV.
With Balor out they needed another top face. Reigns is the only other babyface at the top of the card and his reaction is mixed on a good night.
