I was at this show live and my voice was almost totally gone after the main event. I recognize that this may have been the weakest takeover show so far, but dang it was a lot of fun. This show will always be special to me. But yeah, the women’s title match was a head-scratcher.

I still think this is a better Takeover than the one when Zayn and Owens had a rematch for title but Zayn was hurt it screwed up everything. Only real exceptional match on that card was Sasha v Becky.

Wrestling was high quality tonight across the board. Probably Almas, Roode, Strong, and the AoP’s best matches since joining NXT tonight.

I think Almas is right there. He just needs a Lana. Get him a beautiful girl who is his translator to hype him and let him be a Mexican Rick Rude and he could be great.

My fellow Aussies not just deciding to pin each other pissed me off greatly.

A couple surprising outcomes but I felt it was strong Show overall. It’s probably the weakest of the NXT Specials but not by much really. Should be interesting where things head for them heading into Mania weekend.

The only thing I didn’t like was the out of nowhere ending for the Women’s Championship. The match was great until then.

I went in with low expectations due to the very average card and left insanely happy. I didn’t like the results of the tag match or Tye losing, but I really enjoyed every minute of the show.

btw.. Cross could be a Dean Ambrose style psycho. She’s awesome.

Indeed was the worst takeover ever. Not a bad show at all. Just really skippable.
