I rewatched this today and brock vs roman was actually rocking until the 5 F-5 knockouts despite what the fans in attendance thought.

I really don’t understand why some people here are upset over Charlotte ending Asuka’s streak which was then followed by Carmella cashing in her MITB on two days later.

I guess some people missed it when Charlotte was beaten down (rather severely) by The Iconic Duo who debuted and then Carmella won the SD Womens Title. To me it was the better route to go because i can imagine the internet melting had Asuka won here and is cashed in on instead of Charlotte thus ending her winning streak.

Also i don’t think having the kid being Braun’s partner hurt much because it lasted 24 hours and they gave up the Belts the next night. It didn’t hurt anyone because they got in and got out. Be glad it wasn’t a David Arquette situation where he held the WCW Title for a couple of weeks.

Overall I enjoyed WM 34 and Ronda Rousey’s performance still blows me away.

I really hate that Charlotte ended Asukas streak but lost via cash in to Carmella 2 days later. I’ve just been sick of the money in the bank thing for years now.

Friend taker doesn’t have it anymore. He’s 53. It’s the reason the match didn’t break 3 minutes.

“the WORST BIG BOOT EVER. When you’re sitting hundreds of feet away from the ring and can see the gap between the boot and the hands in front of Cena’s face, it’s a really bad sign. But remember, HE STILL HAS IT”.

Uh yeah that was all Cenas fault and you know it. He bumped way too early. But hey nitpick Taker because you didn’t want to see him out there again right?

That gimmick is going to get old very fast

I don’t get the love for Charlotte/Asuka cause i was REALLY disappointed. As you said the match should have been at least 5, yeah even 10 minutes longer. It lacked ANY kind of drama, Asuka was not allowed to look like a killer that she is and the ending was just a joke, WAY too abrupt. That’s not the way you end an epic streak like that! It felt like a clear sacrifice in favour to Charlotte… massive dissapointment here and far away from the classic it should’ve been!

Really? I thought it was the best or perhaps second best match on the entire card. Short yes but I enjoyed every moment.

Sound like I gave them these hands. Now kids want to go see WWE and be big wrestlers like me. Not stupid. Better than Hawkins guy nobody would cheer. My dad said we were in dead slot so old fans need to chill. I am meme. Do not be poopy.

I was shocked to see your initial reaction to Braun’s partner so I’m glad to see it changed. They could have had him pick a series of ridiculous partners (including a child) on the RAWs leading up to WM and then had him have a real partner at Mania. (Hawkins, Big Show, an NXT call-up). It crapped all over The Bar and the tag belts and stinks of creative laziness.

Totally agree on the length. There were some good matches on the show, but it’s hard to remember them after 7 hours. Not every team goes to the Super Bowl, not everyone needs to be on Wrestlemania.

I’m amazed anyone enjoyed Nita Strauss’ playing during Shinsuke’s entrance. She started out of tune and got more screechy with every note. That song was made for the violin, should have gotten the violin player from his NXT entrances to come in.
