I made the trip up for the PPV and while I had a great time I too was really annoyed by the counting down crap after a while. People have wanted Seth Rollins in the Main Event again and he along with Dolph get that treatment.

KB I swear you’re the only one left on the Wyatt bandwagon.

I am too. I still think he could be one of the biggest stars in WWE if they put some effort into his booking

Yeah it’s lonely up here. Now I know how Sonnen’s fan feels, though at least Bray has won…..anything.

Wyatt isn’t getting anywhere without some retooling. This Hardy run has helped but the character has been on fumes forever.

        Ah! That hurt.

2019, KB. Heavyweight Champion of the world. It’s going to happen. Chael is getting that belt.

My baseball team hasn’t won a championship in 70 years. In 1997 we went to the final game of the best of 7 series and lost in overtime. Nineteen years later we went back to the series and lost the exact same way. I know how the choking can feel.

    KB,

Just got back from being at the show. Not exactly sure how it translated yet, will watch the main event tomorrow, but honestly couldn’t remember anything about the match except for the clock. I will say being there it was by far the most fun thing about being at the show because there was a ton of time spent on intros and down time because of card length, but I can see how we got annoying. Just want to point out that in the stadium there was absolutely no way to see how much time was left on the match when they got rid of clock. It also didn’t help that there was a STRONG rumor that Hulk Hogan was appearing plus no home crowd favorite of Elias and the crowd was beat and looking for fun. I think honestly it was just a tiring show to watch and no matter who fought the crowd was going to shit on it

    • Greg says:

See I get a crowd turning on Roman vs Jinder. That’s obviously going to happen. Crowd hates both guys. This was different. This was a crowd trying to get itself over for no reason. A crowd potentially ruining a gimmick match for a long time.

I wish Rollins and Ziggler just stopped trying instead as that crowd didn’t deserve their effort.

    • Kevin says:

To be honest, I’m glad I wasn’t there, I would have done some violence. The match was great, but all I could focus on was those goddamn stupid clock chants. You should all be slapped.

      • Liam Fenech says:

Yeah Anytime a crowd hijacks a match like that. The wrestlers should just leave the ring and walk to the back. Crowds don’t seem to understand how much financially less well off fans would love to take thair place. If wrestlers started doing that fans would lean to behave themselves. It also ruins it for fans who do want to pay atention.

      • Thomas Hall says:

        Amen brother.

I can’t stand that kind of stuff. Believe it or not, some people there want to watch the match rather than hearing you trying to be funny. It was a clever idea once. After the fifteenth instance, it was way too much.
