Triple H was drafted to Smackdown during the 2004 draft. The next night on Smackdown it was announced he was traded back to Raw in exchange for Booker T and the Dudley Boyz. Trades have always happened but yes we never are really tracking that it just kind of happens.
I always thought the shake up would work better as a draft again but for the draft, it happens after Mania and each show drafts a Male, female and tag team from NXT. then there’s a trade window as well.
