New Column: Pandora’s Raw
I wrote this one before this week’s Monday Night Raw and I thought the opening segment might have made it invalid. As expected though, it still applies.

With reboots and remakes still being trendy, why not reboot characters and storylines from the 80s and 90s to fit todays product? With adjustments to fit the times they could work and be entertaining. Most of the people that watch todays product have probably never watched the older eras. That is another problem today…no good characters…everyone is just themselves. Bring back enhancement talent to make a PPV match mean something instead of it being a third rematch from Raw….my point is to go back to what was great and make it fit into today’s product.
Cornette says you need seven years before you can reuse a character/story. I’d tend to agree so I’d be fine with all of this.
