Still hoping they put Bam Bam Bigalow in there
True story: when I was a baby, the first word I said was cranium. The second: Bam Bam, because of Bigelow.
I agree with your list KB and maybe an honorable mention to the Hart Foundation (tag team or faction)…..and I hope they hold off on Taker for 2 years so he can go in during his 30th year with the company….that is just blows me away as I type that number.
Personally, I was never a fan of HTM and it sticks in my craw to this day that a glorified Elvis impersonator has had the longest single reign as Intercontinental Champion. Be that as it may, the fact he had the longest single reign and is still memorable nearly 32 years after the fact is probably enough to warrant induction. However, he’s been asked several times before and has turned it down so it’s not like Vince is being petty, for once.
Demolition are definitely deserving but, to be fair, they did recently try to sue Vince as part of the latest crusade by Konstantine Kyros against WWE. They were two of the 50+ former employees trying to sue Vince so….yeah…I can understand Vince feeling some sort of way about that. During an interview I read with them last year, they said they might be interested for a minimum of $100,000 each; I don’t know if they were bullshitting or not but I’m leaning more towards no.
I was never a huge Honky Tonk fan, but he’s certainly more deserving than guys like Koko B Ware and some others that are currently in.
