I know that I am far and away in the minority on this, but I don’t care about The Fiend at the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the Firefly Funhouse skits and I like The Fiend character itself, but he’s basically a scary Dolph Ziggler attacking HOF’ers at the moment. I don’t care about them being attacked. Have him put the Mandible Claw on a female superstar or Rey’s son now that he’ll be competing. He needs to attack someone that makes it uncomfortable to watch. Until then, I feel like he’s just in a holding pattern.

    Overall a good RAW though.

Did anyone catch that stare Strowman gave to Rollins’ title at the end of the show?
It was a blink and you miss it kind of thing.
I’m fine with the announcers not acknowledging it to show a hint of subtlety, but the camera could’ve lingered a bit longer instead of showing 3 replays of the match ending.

So what happened to the NXT announcement on heading to USA? Was that all smoke and mirrors?

Some good stuff again this week. KOTR off to a good start, Sasha’s stuff, Seth & Braun winning the RAW Tag Titles.

Also i read the Wild Card stuff is ending come early October.

Probably not as good overall as last week’s show, but still a solid effort with a lot of energy, lots of interesting things going on, good build towards Clash of Champions, fresh faces running around and solid wrestling action.

Probably the disappointment of the night was Alexander vs. Zayn as this could’ve been a good match but WWE’s use of Zayn in the ring has been highly subpar for a while. Zayn’s someone who can have great matches with just about anyone on the roster and his latest heel run seems to have him doing just barely above the in-ring basics. Just doesn’t make for an interesting time.
