The highlight of the show was Bryan vs. Cesaro for me. Just imagine how good of a match they’d have with a slow 2 to 3 month build, some decent mic time and an easy to get into storyline. Anybody else wanna see these two go to NXT?

I get what KB is saying about Dana Brooke in comparing her to Tamina. However, she’s infinitely better in the ring than Tamina. I’m not saying that she’s that good, it’s just that Tamina is that bad.

Sonya Deville surprised me and delivered what I thought was actually a really good promo. If the whole thing was scripted, then her delivery helped overcome that. It was also a surprise WWE had her turn on Mandy and not go down the road of Sonya confessing her love for her; frankly, WWE would turn something like that into a circus as I just don’t trust Vince McMahon to portray an on-screen, same sex relationship in a respectful manner.

    6 more NXT releases yesterday.

So 18 wrestlers get released and Tamina not only keeps her job but goes over Sasha Banks on the very next main roster show?

I know this is harsh, but she’s the most worthless member of the roster. I don’t want to see anyone lose their job during a pandemic, but you think she’d be the first to go.

KB. I was busy tonight but probably will catch that rose/Deville storyline. Not for the acting but the product is so much easier to watch when the lines of storytelling and reality mix together
Outside of the Women’s Super Six(Flair Lynch Banks Bayley Bliss and I will even throw in Naomi in that mix the main roster of women is bloated. Yes most or all of these women have had about maybe 5 or 10 minutes of success but nothing like the Super Six’s success.

Given the reality of the circumstances all of us are in it’s hard to gauge or scope when things will be somewhat normal.I know that Summerslam is in Boston but who knows if that show will go on as planned but it does make sense for banks to go after Bayley at summerslam. Even though she might turn on Bayley I don’t see he all of a sudden start to hug children or give out beads. Does not fit her persona

So with that being said they are going to have Bayley pretend to help Sasha or have accidental contact that makes her lose a match. I know you know this but seeing this grates your skin given the budget cuts. Why were others cut and others were not. Maybe political maybe some kissing up but I don’t think Tamina is winning But I see your point in making the matches seem somewhat important. Not for me or you, but the 10 year old boy that used to be in me and you that might be watching that just wants this to have a little congruence and story structure to it

Given Finks passing this week it will be interesting in 15 or 20 years if the superstars of today will have the same reverence as the legends we embrace now and now introducing a 24/7 7 11 tv cruiser and inter gender champion, wait I’m just been told some breaking news and NEWWWW 24/7 champion R Truth this would happen in 2035. Hey if Patterson and Brisco have won it at their advanced age. Who’s not to say that truth can’t bring back his baby, lose it and win it all over again on the same night

Up until now Naomi has won her most of her Matches with the Rear View. I like the concept for MITB taking place at the HQ which could make for some fun moments.

  6. NightShiftLoser says:

I’d believe no one has kicked out of Rear View, only because I don’t recall her ever going for a pin off it. It was always a transitional move. She would use that, and then run the ropes. I don’t remember a pin attempt, ever.
