So just to prove I can criticise WWE when it really warrants it I can honestly say I am glad Chad Gable is dumping the stupid name. I never stopped calling him by his actual name but still. He’s too good to be forgotten and I hope it’s the start of a renewed push on Smackdown.

Also sorry but I thought Law and Otis was far better than Le Dinner whatever the hell it was.

When it comes to the “Law & Otis” segments, they weren’t NEARLY as bad as I thought they’d be or they could have been. With that being said, they weren’t at all necessary to set up a match. But, Vince has to get his chuckles in somehow.

Sasha & Bayley have had a good feud, but I don’t see the point of adding Bayley refusing to sign a contract into the mix. It’s just a stupid way how they went about it because….well it’s stupid. You can’t assault someone, force them to sign a paper in front of a couple of million people and have it legally enforced. Some would call this nitpicking, I call it insulting to basic common sense.

I wish I could get excited about Chad Gable but WWE’s stuck the knife in and twisted it so hard that it’s broken off in our collective guts too often. We’ve seen several promising looking starts that’ve fizzled out before they even got started

AEW: We definitely put on the most ridiculous segment on a wrestling show this week.

Vince: Bruce, get over here and hold my beer.

I find it interesting they drafted Lars Sullivan to be on Smackdown with Roman Reigns as Universal Champion. Do you think we may see a face turn for when those 2 eventually face off in the future?

    • Thomas Hall says:

It would need to be far, far, FAR in the future. Sullivan has to prove that he can go more than a month without screwing something up before putting him in that kind of a match.
