Yeah I’ll second you underrating the Hoss Triple Threat Match. A solid enough Raw and the Firefly Funhouse was great too. Be interesting to see if we get a WWE Title Match before Survivor Series as I’m not totally convinced it’ll be Randy Orton vs Roman Reigns.

I think you mean it finished Sheamus fella.

I think you underrated the triple threat match. I liked the FFH with Fiend and Alexa. The rest of the show was meh, but I didn’t hate anything, which is somehow an improvement.

Yeah, I agree. I dug the triple threat hoss match and the stuff with Alexa and Bray is fun. The tag match was decent but it’s another example of beating champions to get a title match rather than beating other contenders…though…I guess there really aren’t a lot of other contenders to beat when you think about it.

I have no idea what they’re trying to do with Lana as it defies all logic. The scrappy underdog fighting from underneath only works when the scrappy underdog is…well…scrappy and can actually work well inside the ring. Lana has too much of the “I’m a hot piece of @$$ and I know it” thing going on for her to be a likeable babyface.

Retribution continues to just be lousy. These poor guys were hamstrung due to lousy booking almost from the very beginning. Are we supposed to consider them bad@$$es because they beat up Ricochet? Are we supposed to forget that they’ve lost every match they’ve had so far, all of which have been against a trio of guys, the Hurt Business, who’re in their mid 40s and are as firmly entrenched in as mid-carders today as they were a decade+ ago.
