AEW has so much talent that I enjoy and they’re all booked poorly. Kudos to Tony Khan for getting this thing up and running, but he needs to give the book to someone who isn’t a current wrestler. He is not a good booker. I wouldn’t think many people would be in their first effort. He’s the biggest thing holding back AEW though.

Why do all these guys who are famous for having been in a faction together in Japan sometimes talk about Japan?! This is the good old US of A dammit! 🙄

Nobody in AEW has any concept of storytelling and psychology. At this rate i’ll be surprised if it’s still around 2 years from now Nobody wants to help them and everyone is in this for thair own benefit Name 1 star who’s more over then when AEW first started.

    • Conor says:

Profitable company that has a multi-million dollar TV deal through to 2024 is definitely going to cease to exist in two years because they don’t do enough chinlocks.

      • Liam Fenech says:

The problem is it looks good on paper. Thair last PPV apparently made 6 millon doillers. But ask yourself this How many of the roster are getting paid 5 to 6 figure salarys per year? Some is well deserved but there are some who are extremely questionable and have never wrestled on tv before. 6 millon is an awsome figure but I get the feeling Tony Khan has no self control when it comes to money and many of the roster know how to manipulate him to thair ends. The point I’m trying to make is add up all AEW wrestlers salarys and 6 millon doillers is probably a dorp in the ocean.

On one hand you have a billionaire family that runs two sports franchises, a profitable wrestling company that has a multi-million dollar TV deal and is a staple of the top ten in the TV ratings for their night. Along with this we have NFL, NHL and WWE increasing their TV rights fees and streaming services getting involved with huge bids, suggesting that AEW could get even more money in their 2024 negotiations.

On the other hand we have your random hunch that Tony Khan is a mark who’s going to go broke in two years.

          I think I know which I’m backing.

    • Ryan says:

You are either totally clueless or a WWE troll because you are just spewing absolute crap.

    • Jeff says:

LOL didnt you guys say it would be canceled in 3 months initially? Now its 2 years from now? Whats next?

I love how TNT has a AEW spinoff show but they will be killed off in a few years. Oh please.

  4. Jeff says:

This reviewer is lame. He absolutely struggles to find anything to enjoy in AEW every week. Constant “C” grades except for the rare match. He might as well just solely review NXT. WWE shillbag

    • Stone Cold Tea says:

AEW is probably the highest review show on this site. KB has plenty of negative stuff to say about WWE every week.

Maybe, just maybe, AEW isn’t all you think it’s cracked up to be.

    • BestSportsEntertainer says:

KB grades Dynamite highly every week. Much higher than Raw and SD.

    • Thomas Hall says:

Ah yes the classic reason for saying a reviewer sucks:

He thinks differently than you do.

That main event was insane. These girls were itching to break out, and they blew the doors off.
