Do you think denying Andrade his request for a release only to shortly grant it thereafter had anything to do with Charlotte?
It’s certainly a possibility, but I think more of it is them just giving up on him for good.
For God’s sake, they could have just put a mask on Andrade and made him the heir apparent to Mysterio in terms of selling merch and being a draw for Mexico.
I mean, to be fair, they have Mysterio’s literal heir.
Plus Andrade has a good look. Better without the mask. Mysterio having a mask helped a lot as he looks like a 5 year old without it.
I’ve given up trying to make sense if WWE creative. Bianca Belair, who I wasn’t fully aware of before her feud with Bailey, has this amazing competitive feud with Bailey and then goes to this turd of a ‘feud with Sasha which has too many stupid moving parts.
