Vince McMahon owns the WWE, correct? If so, can’t he just tell the board of directors to pound sand? Obviously I ask this question having no clue how it all works.
I’m not sure Kb may have a better idea but if this becomes a matter for the courts Vince couid be in mayjor trouble so he may be doing this to protect himself and caim stockholders. as an investigation is underway on his possible misconduct. Also I think I read years ago that even though he owns the majority stake he may not nessacaly own the company. and though that may be false It didn’t save him from being in the dock for the steroid trial in the mid 90s. All we can do is wait to see how this plays out.
Basically he can be fired but still own the company. It’s a weird setup.
