WATCH: CM Punk Goes OFF At AEW Media Scrum, Blasts A Bunch Of AEW Stars (This Is Nuts)
The Punk part goes from about 12:00 – 35:00
So…..yeah this happened. In short, Punk absolutely went nuts at the media scrum, going on SEVERAL rants about Colt Cabana and calling Hangman Page an idiot, while also ranting about Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks. This was almost the Pipebomb on steroids, all with Tony Khan sitting next to him looking like he was ready to jump out of a window.
I don’t know what is going on in full yet here but you can tell a few things:
1. That locker room has a lot of problems in it.
2. Something has to change.
3. CM Punk sounds like the most miserable human.
Good for him Punk was distroying oversensitive idots with no talent or very litle That litle group is why I don’t watch AEW They’d rather scame and backstab and they needed to become EVPs to be relavent Face it Young bucks have been exposed by FTR and Omega and Page have been exposed by Punk and MJF more then ever now fans are starting to see how stupid the Elete really looks.

wow is Punk ever bitter, I wonder what brought this on, to me MJF is just a voice he is a so so wrestler, is having your wrestlers as EVP good or bad?
If it’s a work it’s a really stupid one, what end game is there besides making the company look like a clown show?
The more I’ve thought about this, the more I side with Punk. Is what he did professional? No. Should he be punished for it? Absolutely. But there is absolutely enough smoke to this fire to tell that the leadership in AEW is not only turning a blind eye to the issues backstage, but even enabling it. If directly dealing with the EVPs and Khan isn’t getting any changes then going scorched earth and putting them on blast will light a fire. Good on him for not dealing with their childish bullcrap.
