The Rock Returns, Teases Roman Reigns Match

I’m a bit late to this but I’d like to do some more of these big story bits.

So that happened. This is the biggest story in wrestling right now and that shouldn’t be any kind of a shock. The idea of the Rock teasing a match against Roman Reigns is amazing enough and now it seems like we might be seeing it. Save for a scheduling conflict, the match, should it happen, would be one of the biggest in modern wrestling and make WWE its latest fortune.

As for the match itself, I’m not sure I can imagine Rock doing a full on match given that he hasn’t had a long one in more than ten years and is in his fifties, but the smoke and mirrors could help out with quite a few of those issues. Other than that, we should be in for one heck of a ride, as the promos between these two can write themselves. I was excited when they were getting to the reveal and then it got even better when they finally said something. WWE continues to have one big name involved after another and this is the biggest one yet.
