Pick A Royal Rumble For Me To Redo

It’s that time of the year again.  I’ll be redoing the 2019 Royal Rumble for the count-up but I need another one as well.  Therefore, vote in the comments for which one I want to do.  All are eligible except 2018 and 2005 (which I’ve done in the last year).  The count-up starts on Christmas Day.

Happy Anniversary

This site launched nine years ago.  It started off as a hobby because I had way too much going on over at WrestleZone and needed a place to store all of these things.  It was hardly financially successful to start but now it has turned into something that lets me provide for my family while also watching a ton of wrestling.  I’ll be around as long as you all want me to be plus probably a bit longer so thank you all for sticking around and checking me out over the years.  I know it’s a bit of a cliche to say this but it really has changed my life for the much better and I don’t know what I did to deserve all of the great things that it and you all have brought me over the years.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

Or whatever you call it (possibly Thursday).

I’m rather thankful (and confused) that so many people come here every day and see what I think about shows.  The site has reached a point I never would have imagined to the point where I can do a lot of things I never thought I’d be able to do.  It’s an amazing feeling to have it actually work this long and I don’t know what to say about the whole thing.  It blows my mind more every day that this is what I do for a living and I thank you all for every bit of it every same day.

Have a good one and spend some time with your family.  Preferably while watching wrestling of course.

Greetings From Chicago

I made the flight up here for the four Survivor Series weekend shows and since it’s a twelve minute walk from the hotel, I should be back pretty fast every night.  The WiFi here is pretty spotty at best though so I’m not sure how fast I’ll be able to put things up.  Please bare with me though as I’ll be back home Tuesday afternoon and things will be back to normal.

Slight Delay Tonight

A family situation came up and AEW/NXT are going to be delayed.  They’ll be up tomorrow at the latest.  I’m sorry for the last minute notice.

I’m Going Back To Wrestlemania

Picked up the ticket in the presale.  I skipped last year due to New York but I’m heading to Tampa next year and flying this time so I’ll be back faster instead of being half asleep for three days from exhaustion.

As usual, I couldn’t do this kind of thing without you all.  I get to do this because of all of you and the last few months have seen things explode, to the point where I’ve been able to do a lot of things that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time now.  We’re coming up on nine years of me doing this and it’s going places I never would have believed possible.  Thank you all so much for letting me do this and I can’t believe it keeps getting better and better.

Pick The Survivor Series Redo

It’s that time of year again.  You all get to pick the Survivor Series I redo this year to be inserted into the countup.  As usual I’ll be doing last year’s show so it is ineligible, along with the following shows which I’ve done recently enough:

1989, 2003, 2004, 2016, 2017

Everything else is eligible.  Vote in the comments.

Thank You All

This week has been one of the busiest in wrestling history and there have been more things going on than I could have imagined.  I’ve been looking at the site’s numbers and they’ve been up rather well, along with the revenue that comes with them.  That means more people have been looking at it and that kind of thing always makes my head spin.  I can’t begin to thank you all enough for sticking with me as long as you have and it means so much when I see people coming here and reading my stuff and commenting on it.  This week has been a tiring one but seeing people interested in what I’m saying about it makes the whole thing worth it.

Thank you all and I hope I can keep you around.

Clash And Raw Reviews

I’m going to be at both shows so the reviews are going to be a bit late.  I’m not sure how much time I’m going to have on Monday as I’m driving to Charlotte today and then on to Knoxville on Monday, followed by a trip back home on Tuesday.  I’ll get the reviews done ASAP but I’m sorry in advance for the delays.  I’ll have a live report up on both nights (in theory at least).

New Book And E-Book: KB’s Complete 2004 Monday Night Raw Reviews

It’s a strange time for WWE. 2003 was one of the darkest years the company has ever seen from a creative standpoint and a lot of that was due to how things went on Monday Night Raw. You can only run things into the ground in the same way so many times and that limit was reached several months before 2004 begins. Something has to go a little bit differently on the flagship show but that has been the case for a long time now and nothing has changed. Maybe things can turn around this time.

In this book, I’ll be looking at every Monday Night Raw from 2004 and seeing how things went throughout the year. 2004 is remembered as a year with some fresh names getting a chance to shine after going around in circles for so long and now it is time to let them have a chance. The question though is how well that exactly went. Each episode will be broken down match by match and segment by segment. Included will be analysis and ratings for the shows to see why the year is remembered so poorly.

The book runs over 340 pages and is available on Amazon both in a physical paperback for $9.99 or an e-book format for $2.99. In case you don’t have a Kindle, there are plenty of FREE apps you can get from Amazon for pretty much any electronic device, all of which are available at this link.

You can pick up the book from Amazon here in paperback and here as an e-book.

And from the UK Amazon here in paperback and here as an e-book.

Or if you’re in another country with its own Amazon page, just search “KB Raw 2004” and it should be the first thing to come up.

Also you can still get any of my previous books on the Intercontinental Championship, Monday Night Raw from 1997, 1998, 2001, 2003 and the first half of 2014, Monday Nitro from 1995-1999, In Your House, Summerslam, Starrcade, ECW Pay Per Views, Royal Rumble, Saturday Night’s Main Event, the WWF and WCW pay per views from 1998, Wrestlemania, WWE Grab Bag and Clash of the Champions, NXT Volumes I, II and III at my author’s page here.

I hope you like it and shoot me any questions you might have.
