The Wrestling Bundle

This is a project that I’m getting involved with and it’s a rather cool concept.

What we have here is a package of cool stuff, ranging from e-books to matches to shoot interviews, some of which you can pick up for whatever you deem is the right price. The maximum price is going to be around $15, so this is hardly something ridiculously expensive.

Here’s the site, with a preview of some but not all of the stuff you get:

http://www.thewrestlingbundle.com/gotommy

It’s a tiered system, with four different levels. Here are what you get at the basic levels that will be finalized very soon:

Free – 30 minute Water Cooler Talk with Matt Hardy. Yes free. All you have to do is enter your email to get updates on when the newest versions of this come out and you get this at zero cost.

First tier – You pay whatever you feel is right (includes everything in the previous tier):

An exclusive JTG shoot interview

“Feel the Heat: The History of SummerSlam” Vol. 1

A free one-month membership to CZWStudios.com

Mercedes Martinez & Angel Williams vs. Daizee Haze & Mickie Knuckles

Daniel Bryan & James Choi vs Robert Thompson & Chad Collyer

Jeff Hardy vs Wild Storm

Second tier – A price in the middle of free and the top price (to be determined, includes everything in the previous tiers):

An exclusive Matt Hardy Shoot Interview

Free three-month membership to Wrestling News World

CM Punk, Samoa Joe and BJ Whitmer vs Chris Hero, Homicide & B-Boy

A four way tag match

Team 3D vs Rhino & Abyss

The final tier – Somewhere around $15, includes everything above plus:

“Oh You Didn’t Know” shoot documentary on The New Age Outlaws

“The Raw Files: 1998” book

A surprise video feature that we will reveal a few days into the sale (you get this whether you buy before or after it’s released)

The key though is this is only available for one week. It’s going to be released tonight (August 16, 2015) at midnight and will only be available for seven days. There will be a new package available once a month with different things each time.

Starting next month, I’ll be throwing in one of my e-books into the package.

Let me know if you have any questions about it and spread the word around for this, though make sure you include the /gotommy part of the address. It’s similar to the Amazon links you hear about on the Steve Austin Show, as some of these sales kick back to me to keep me going around here.

New Column: Someone Doesn’t Like Divas Invading Goats Made Of Glass. Or Something.

This is a bit of a different version as I do some quick looks at some news stories instead of one big idea.  I might do this as a regular thing in addition to the column but I’m not sure yet.

Thank You All Again

Yesterday shattered my record for the most ad revenue in one day.  It was one of the best days the site has ever done and comes after the numbers have all moved up.  Thank you all for coming to see my stuff every day and I’ll keep posting it until a few days after no one is here anymore.

Wrestlingrumors.net

In case you’ve never heard of it, this is the site you all should be using for your news, results etc.  I’m a staff member over there and handle all the live coverage and results, plus a weekly old school review and the column you see here.  The staff is very smart and does things well and you can find some awesome podcasts and video features over there.  Check these guys out and start using them more often.  It’s where I get a lot of my news and I know the staff there works very, very hard at what they do.  The site has been around for a few years now and it’s growing fast, so head over there and enjoy what they’ve got.

Pick A Summerslam For Me To Redo

This year’s count-up starts on Monday and as usual, I’ll be doing a new version of last year’s show.  However, I’d like to do an additional redo and I’ll be letting you all pick which I do.  Vote in the comments for the show you want me to do over again.

All Back To Normal

I’m back in the States and everything should be on the normal schedule going forward.  Thanks for your patience while I’ve been away for a few weeks.

New E-Book – NXT: The Full Sail Years Volume I

NXT

In today’s wrestling world, it’s very common to see the exact same formula over and over with very few changes. A lot of fans are looking for something fresh and it’s hard to find that anywhere. However, one place that you can find it is outside the top level. Down in Florida in the WWE developmental promotion, there is good, old fashioned, week to week wrestling and it’s some of the best stuff going today. I’m sure you’re familiar with names like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn, Neville and Charlotte, but how did they get their starts down there?

In this book, I’ll be looking at every the first year and a half of NXT, starting with their arrival in Florida at Full Sail University and wrapping it up just before they head over to the WWE Network. NXT started fast and quickly became one of the best wrestling shows around and it will be interesting to see how they got to where they are now. As usual I’ll be providing play by play, context and analysis of every show.

The books runs over 400 pages on a Kindle and only costs .99, or the equivalent in other currencies. If you don’t have a Kindle or e-book reader, there are several FREE apps you can use to read it on pretty much any electronic device. You can find those from Amazon here.

You can pick up the book from Amazon here.

From the UK Amazon here.

From the Canadian Amazon here.

Or if you’re in another country with its own Amazon page, just search “NXT History” and my book will be the first thing that pop up.

Also you can still get any of my previous books on the WWE Championship, Monday Night Raw from 1998 and 2001, Monday Nitro from 1995-June 1998, In Your House, Summerslam, Starrcade, ECW Pay Per Views, Royal Rumble, Saturday Night’s Main Event, the WWF and WCW pay per views from 1998 and Clash of the Champions at my author’s page here.

I hope you like it and shoot me any questions you might have.
