First of all I’ve added a Columns section to the quick links menu on the right. I Want To Talk A Little Bit About has pretty much been replaced by the columns so there needed to be a place where they were all collected.
Second, I gave Lucha Underground its own section on the All Reviews and Miscellaneous pages. They have almost twenty shows so it’s long past time it had its own area.
KB Makes Wrestlemania Predictions
Tonight on the Mouth of the South Shore Radio Show. You can listen to it here:
The show is always cool and I’ve been on it a few times. The host is a regular commenter here and worth checking out. The show will also be available on demand after it airs tonight. We’ll be making Wrestlemania predictions and talking about whatever else has been going on in recent weeks. Check it out.
New E-Book: Only On Pay Per View: 1998
The Monday Night Wars is one of the most discussed periods in the history of professional wrestling. Over the years, the WWF and WCW did battle every Monday night for supremacy in professional wrestling. Books have been written about it and WWE produced a long documentary series on the subject. However, there’s another aspect of the battle that doesn’t get nearly as much attention.
While the more publicized war was taking place on Monday night, there was another war being waged once a month on Sunday night. Every month, both companies produced a three hour pay per view special where the really big matches and blowoffs to the stories took place. These were just as important as the TV shows and had more than their share of great matches and moments.
In this book, I’ll be looking at all twenty four pay per views from 1998, one of the most pivotal years of the Monday Night Wars. I’ll be breaking down every match, segment and show as a whole. As usual I’ll be providing play by play, historical context and analysis of every show. The reviews are all new and never before seen.
The books runs over 340 pages on a Kindle and only costs $3.99, or the equivalent in other currencies. If you don’t have a Kindle or e-book reader, there are several FREE apps you can use to read it on pretty much any electronic device. You can find those from Amazon here.
Or if you’re in another country with its own Amazon page, just search “KB Only On Pay Per View” and my book will be the first thing that pop up.
Also you can still get any of my previous books on the WWE Championship, Monday Night Raw from 1998 and 2001, Monday Nitro from 1995-97, In Your House, Summerslam, Starrcade, ECW Pay Per Views, Royal Rumble, Saturday Night’s Main Event and Clash of the Champions at my author’s page here.
I hope you like it and shoot me any questions you might have.

Thank You All Again
Yesterday was the best day I’ve ever had for the E-Books to cap off the best month I’ve ever had. Thank you to anyone who picked one of them up and thank you for keeping me going this long.

New E-Book: KB’s History of Saturday Night’s Main Event
One of the most common complaints wrestling fans have today is how much content there is to watch. WWE alone has at least seven hours of wrestling TV a week. For over twenty years, we’ve gotten used to wrestling airing every Monday night with some of the biggest stars in the sport squaring off. However, things weren’t always the same. Back in the 1980’s, wrestling television was based around the idea of squash matches. Most shows featured a big name against an unknown and matches against other stars were almost unheard of.
Things began to change in 1985. Powered by the strength of Wrestlemania and Hulkamania, the WWF was able to air a series of specials on NBC, featuring matches between big name stars and even title matches, all for free. The shows were major successes and helped push the company into their golden era, sending professional wrestling to heights no one had ever seen possible.
In this book, I’ll be looking at all thirty six episodes of the series, as well as the five Main Event specials, breaking down every match, segment and show as a whole. As usual I’ll be providing play by play, historical context and analysis of every show. The reviews are all new and never before seen.
The books runs over 300 pages on a Kindle and only costs $3.99, or the equivalent in other currencies. If you don’t have a Kindle or e-book reader, there are several FREE apps you can use to read it on pretty much any electronic device. You can find those from Amazon here.

Remember That TNA Access Thing I Mentioned?
Well it’s starting to come to fruition. One of the co-hosts of the show I’ve been on before got an interview with Jeff Jarrett, which can be heard here:
This is an actual possibility at this point and it would do them (and me) a lot of good to get some extra support behind them.

Criticize Me
I can always use some criticism/suggestions so what do you want to see me do more/less of from here on out? Is there something I do too much of or not enough of? Let me know if there is or isn’t so I can try to make some adjustments if need be.
And no I won’t be doing more puro, at least not on a regular basis. I just don’t care enough.
Thought of the Day: Keeping It Simple
Why do people make these things so complicated?
Merry Christmas.
Want To Hear KB Talk To TNA Wrestlers?
It’s a possibility actually.
As you may know, I’m a semi-regular guest on the Mouth of the South Shore Radio Show. The network that airs the show is being considered to receive media access to TNA, meaning some of their talent will appear on the show. However, they need more social media activity to get such access. If they do, the host has told me that I’ll be able to go on the show and talk to the wrestlers live.
So, I need some help with this. If you could, please like Facebook page:
I know the host and I’ve talked to him several times. He’s a good, funny guy who knows his stuff and actually posts here fairly regularly. Please help him (and me) out with this as it would be a huge step forward for the show, the site, and myself. If you have any wrestling friends that would like these, try to get them on board as well. Anything would help it out.
