Links

These are various sites that I go to and find entertaining, informative or whatever.  Some are wrestling related, some aren’t and they’re in no order.  Sorry but for some reason I can’t get hyperlinks to work here so just copy and paste.

Wrestlezone Forums (forums.wrestlezone.com)

These are the only forums that I post on.  I’ve been a member for over eight years and am an admin there.  They’re the best forums you’ll find anywhere and you’ll certainly find something to post about as we have all kinds of stuff from current wrestling to old school to non-wrestling such as Movies, MMA, TV, Music and so on.  Great place and the best forums for wrestling anywhere period.

Wrestling Wars Podcast (http://mightynorcal.podbean.com/)

My buddy NorCal’s podcast with me as a regular featured guest.  Basically he got tired of fan podcasts being horrible so he started his own.  Come check us out for some smart wrestling talk with two guys who have been watching nearly their entire lives.

Flickchart.com

Movie geeks will love this site.  Ever heard someone say their top 10 movies?  This is a place to make your own list.  You’ll be presented with two movies and pick one or the other that you like better.  The one you pick will be listed as #1 on your list and the other will be #2.  You then get two more and the list continues.  Get a few hundred with repeats going and you get your movie list together.  It’s very addicting.

Scott’s Blog of Doom (rspwfaq.com)

The blog of wrestling writer Scott Keith.  It was his work that got me into reviewing wrestling and you’ll see a lot of his influence in my writing.  I also regularly recap NXT and Smackdown for him.  Great stuff here and some great insight on the older days of wrestling.

Internet Wrestling Database (profightdb.com)

This is the IMDB of wrestling.  Everything from opponents to win/loss records to match times to cards, it’s here.  This is an incredibly useful tool and something that I use every day.

Channel Awesome (Channelawesome.com)

Basically a network of reviews of movies, video games, comic books, TV, music and almost anything in pop culture with a wide range of reviewers all with their own series.  Very fun way to kill some time if you’re bored and it’s updated daily.

Adam King’s Blog (http://kingsrecaps.wordpress.com/)

This is the blog of a guy that posts on here and also at Scott Keith’s blog.  He does a lot of old school reviews including stuff from the late Attitude Era.  He’s got a great mind for wrestling and is well worth a read.  Check him out.

Sporcle.com

Great trivia game site.  There are all kinds of categories here where you play quizzes of fill in the blank against a timer.  For instance, can you name all of the NBA teams?  All the Vice Presidents?  Disney Villains?  Intercontinental Champions?  Beatles records?  Very fun and addicting site that is another great way to pass some time.

Facebook

No not the entire site.  This is my page which I have to try to get more people to come here.  Please take a second to like my page.  I’ve disabled comments there because I get notified of every one I get here, making it easier to reply to.  I’m not into FB and I only have the page because someone told me it was a good idea.  Check it out and like me please.  Here’s the link:

Thehistoryofwwe.com

This is an AMAZING source as it has results for the vast majority of major wrestling shows ever, along with reviews, interviews, merchandise, and potentially ads about this site.  I use this constantly when doing reviews.

Wrestlingrumors.net

This is a new site that I’m going to be doing live coverage for Raw, NXT, Impact, Smackdown and PPVs.  I’ll also be throwing reviews up there.  Check it out.

Parkingpanda.com

Simple idea: buy parking passes in advance.  I found this while I was down at Wrestlemania and it worked.  They work with parking lots and garages in major cities and give you a cheaper rate than most sites.  I gave them a shot in New Orleans and they saved me over $20 for two events.  Use this if you ever need parking in a major city for almost any big arena.

Killjoy’s Graphics (https://www.elance.com/s/kjgraphicstyles/)

Killjoy is my official graphic designer for the ebook covers and he’s set up a page where you can get commissions for whatever you need designed. The guy is very talented and worth trying out if there’s something you need. I’ve worked with him for years both here and on the WrestleZone Forums and the guy is definitely worth trying out.

Impacto Estelar (http://impactoestelar.com/)

Wrestling reviews in Spanish as written up by Killjoy.
