Works for me.  Long is one of those lifers in wrestling and he deserves something like this.  Teddy joins the Rock N Roll Express and Kurt Angle in the 2017 Class.

Possibly during his Hall of Fame speech.  This really shouldn’t come as a surprise as he’s 57 years old on Sunday and has a bad neck.  Is it really worth coming back to the ring and going through all that effort and work for maybe one more big match?  Sting had his career resume established over fifteen years ago so there’s no need for him to come back again.  I’m a huge fan and I’m glad to see him get one run in WWE after all those years.  This is the best move for him though and it’s good to see him get a big sendoff on a big stage.

LONG overdue for me, even though he wasn’t the biggest star.  He and Hogan made a fortune back in 1989 and he was one of those guys who was always around.  I’m very happy with this one.

After a lot of complaining we’ll talk about something fun for a change with a look at the Fabulous Freebirds.

The Birds Are Back

I’ve been asked to talk about Roman Reigns vs. HHH and the Vince McMahon/Shane McMahon/Undertaker stuff so here’s a column about both of them (in different sections) plus some other news that makes me shake my head.

Or maybe I’m overthinking this.So over on WWE.com, there’s an article on stars’ first Raw matches.  The caption asks if this “future Hall of Famer” looks familiar.  The picture if of JBL, who hasn’t been announced as a member of this year’s class but it’s certainly possible in Texas.

This shouldn’t be a big surprise.It’s Sting, according to WWE.com.  This was pretty obvious as soon as he debuted in 2014.

This was originally going to be an “I Want To Talk A Little Bit About” when I came up with it about a year and a half ago but procrastination got in the way. It’s perfect for something like this though which is why that series is practically retired.
