“I thought the Divas match was fairly good for it being a Divas match. I would have bumped it up to a B- just for the double Sharpshooter alone”

It was definitely a good match. Not a classic or anything obviously but it worked rather well. I couldn’t give it the same as the other tables match though.

“Also, the hot chick with Del Rio was Rosa Mendes, who has not won a match in WWE.”

Yeah I figured that later on. I was typing up the rating for the previous match when that was going on so I didn’t get a good look at her.

    Great review, but 2 things.

I thought the Divas match was fairly good for it being a Divas match. I would have bumped it up to a B- just for the double Sharpshooter alone.

Also, the hot chick with Del Rio was Rosa Mendes, who has not won a match in WWE.

Loved the PPV. I felt that every match delivered as it should have, and the right people won. One thing I noticed all night was how interesting and creative the finishes were. I loved the IC and WWE Championship finishes especially. I love how they’re booking Miz as the conniving heel champion. I think he’ll hold onto the belt for a long time, garnering more and more heat until some promising face rises up and takes it from him.

I am definitely getting this on DVD when it comes out. Great review.

Excellent review, KB, and I completely agree with the overall rating. A few things that I thought (numbered, of course)

    1. Santino was a joke for so long, and now that he has a few pinfall victories recently (including pinning the Nexus guy for the Tag Belts “clean” with his finisher), he is finally garnering the respect of his opponents. His finisher (while dorky) is being treated like a respectable move (there’s been far worse more respected finishers, including the Peoples Elbow), and they don’t want him getting hot tags. I see that as a step forward for the Italian funny-man, not a step back for the opponents. He’s been a doormat for too long, now he’s being respected.

    2. In the 2nd finish of the Miz/Orton match, it looked to me like Miz pushed Riley into Orton, causing the Table spot.

    3. The Divas match was good, but I felt like it went a few minutes too long. And they proved Divas (for the most part) will have a hard time doing Tables matches, because they don’t break tables as easily because of their (lack of) size.

“KB I can’t really agree or disagree because you know how it is when you’re there. Everything is awesome because you’re right there! Just to show you how close I was I could see Sheamus’ ass fat jiggling when he walked(guy needs to do more leg workouts)But it was a great show, the dark match was awesome, the chants were always on point and I actually can’t wait to see this just so I can see how my city came across on TV.

The chants were awesome. The crowd felt alive the whole time and it worked very well.

also, Bill lesnar thinks Jomo vs Miz will be great. both these guys have great chemistry, and are comfortable working together. Vince is keen on the miz, this was his test and he did a great job and was booked to perfection, he will win at the rumble, and headline Mania most likely vs Cena, or get screwed at the chamber and face off vs the guy who screwed him subsequently showing his darker side. These guys now have plenty of time aswel as history to build their fued up. Bill lesnar is looking forward to it and how it develops. Most Likely Bill lesnar sees Jomo getting the upperhand in every raw, and then goes on to lose at the rumble.

oh and Bill lesnar just said that Alex Riley is awesome.

Great Review Kb, Bill lesnar pretty much agrees with all of it. Bill lesnar will make a few remarks

    – How bad is migillicutty?. for one, Bill lesnar just said getting a flipping haircut and get some oof your fathers charisma. This guy does absolutely nothing for Bill Lesnar. How can a guy who is the son of Mr Perfect ( a legend ), be sooooo bad!. The guy couldnt be any more wooden on the mic, after watching the worst promo of the year ta the end of season 2 this guy just sucks, he has no facials, his voice is lame and boring, he cant generate heet or pops as he cant work a crowd what so ever. in ring he is the definition of mediocre, hes slower than Orton, has zero physcology, just plain rubbish. It still Boggles Bill Lesnars mind about how bad he is, seeing as though he is Curts son.

    – Cody Rhodes, Bill lesnar has said for sometime now that this guy just has it. For one, he ha sthe look. In ring he has an awesome finisher, can high fly, can matt wrestle. He can work witrh anyone, his mannerisims are exceptional for someone so inexperienced. In ring he is one of the best. The guy just oozes Charisma, non the mic his delivery is perfect, the pauses, facials. he knows how to tell a story and work a crowd. in Bill Lesnars view the ultimate heel, the way he sturts around the ring with such arrogance is just amazing. His promo when harris got booted from NXT was underated and certainly one of the top promos of the year (why was that excluded from promo of the year?), that was when Bill lesnar realised that this guy had ‘it’, the kissing contest was another of Codys Highlights. Mike should be taking notes of how to follow in your farthers footsteps. No wonder HBK & HHH were willing to put him over for so long last year. He will be a WHC. Bill Lesnar knows it.

    – Bill Lesnar thinks that Edge winning the title is a disgrace. The guy has been shocking all year. He managed to make a fued with jericho of all people terrible, his promos and ring work have been crap all year. His fued with kane was one of the worst of the year ( the whole thing was garbage, with Edge being a face playing the heel and vice versa for kane), he had 3 weeks of being decent on SD and then faded again, and now he has a WHC?, when he has done nothing to deserve it?. The guy is now only 3 away from HHH and 6 from Flair, how is that possible?..in only 4 years. this goes to show how weak the Sd scene is atm, with kane and Edge winning the strap.Vince needed someone reliable and Edge was that guy. This shows that guys like Rhodes,Delrio,Christian need to be elevated pronto because the Sd from 2002-2003 has collapsed. To think that this brand used to be number 1. Shows that WWE still havnt recovered from Brock. They have tried everythingto replace him, from J.B.L to last minute Batsista and it has all failed. Bill lesnar is disgusted with this whole situation. So many more guys, deserved this more than Edge. To think Hall has never won, aswell. Bill lesnar is pissed. Edge will prob fued with Delrio now, and will come out on top.

    – the Main event. Was all that it was supposed to be. Cena needed the win, he was getting dominated for ages, had the big spot at the ned and the crowd went home happy, and the fued finished at the end of 2010 like it was supposed to. the match was good, it was very intense and the Phycology was spit on ( as it should be, with the history between the wrestlers involved), Barret is still Bland, in Bill lesnars eyes, however he did a great job gaining heat tonight.

    – Bill lesnar viewed WZ, and was slightly embarrassed with what he read.

Barrett being buried?, no way. Bill lesnar saw that he had cena and the crowd in the palm of his hand. Cena is a huge star, on his way to being the biggest ever and would never lose at a ppv like SS, which the build up was dominated by Barret and NExus, same for HIAC, all the weeks with cena working for the Nexus. The whole point of the fued was to put Barret over and it worked. Not only did Barret beat guys like cena amongst others, but he was given huge promo time ( he cut a promo with the likes of Orton,SHemaus and even ROddy Piper), was given heaps of segments to develop his personality and character (too many to name). Bill lesnar knows that Barrett, was working at FCW at the start of the year, and now hes cutting promos with the companys biggest starts, getting his face on teh cover of dvds and magazines and headlining PPvs. he has been given what Bill lesnar thinks is the biggest push since Brock. The guy has been given a test by the WWE to show that hes capable of leading the PG era into the future and has been given any tool needed at his disposal. As bland as Bill lesnar thinks he is, he has passed with flying colours, although an Austin316 moment won do him any harm

Another thing Bill lesnar saw, was that the ending was poor. Bill lesnar finds it funny taht people saw a turn or whatever coming, its tlc not mania or the rumble, its not the most important ppv taht the wwe has, therefore there was zero chance of that happening. Also why did people complain about Punk not intefering. What beef does he have with Cena?, diet soda ain a rfeason. the nexus thing happened ages ago, and Punk has done plenty then. Its Obvious that Punk will fued with Bryan, it would have happened sooner as seen, had punk not got injured, but alas Bill lesnar finds it a blessing in disguise, as he has excelled in the booth and can hold the fued off until Mania where it belongs.
