I think TNA should start taking some notes on how WWE promotes and builds things up. Thats how you get people to Buy the PPVs and makes people care about whats going on.

I enjoyed RAW as well and there was a ton of stuff WWE started building to for Wrestlemania. Miz/Cena,HHH/Taker,King/Cole,Orton/Punk,Cena responding to The Rock, etc. I can’t wait to see what happens next, great job again KB on the review.

Is it just a coincidence that you & X have almost the exact same title for your review?

Is it just me, or do you think that Cole bringing Lawler’s mom into the feud was a little bit to much?

You’re the shining light in a room full of dimwits, KB. The amount of ignorance in the LD tonight was causing me legit physical pain. Awesome show.

I think I have a headache from it. It could just be the fact that it’s 4AM over here.

I’m the same way. I might be done with the RAW LDs. It’s embarassing sometimes. I watched last weeks RAW at my parents house and wasn’t at a computer (so no consistent LDing for me), and I enjoyed it so much more then this weeks show. I actually think this weeks show was more enjoyable as a whole, but instead of enjoying it, I am just frustrated at the stupidity of some people. The show wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great. It built the entire RAW card for Mania (and HHH/Taker, which is interpromotional).

So if I am reading this correctly, you give more credence to the storyline build than the wrestling of a wrestling show? Shouldn’t one compliment the other?

    • Thomas Hall says:

It can. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Take Impact for instance this past week. There was mainly talking/storylines on there, but the problem was that those stories had already been built up. Nothing new happened on that show.

Tonight there was a TON of new stuff added or advanced. I can live without the wrestling tonight as a lot of stuff was built for Mania. Now if this is the way Raw goes for 2-3 weeks in a row I’ll be pissed off. Coming off a PPV though and with a bunch of stuff happening, I can live with that.

      • Mayfly says:

        I see your point, KB.

For me, while there are six weeks left until Wrestlemania, I would have liked to see a little bit more out of a few moments, such as HHH/Taker (just didn’t feel the whole staredown thing) among others.

If The Rock doesn’t respond to Cena next week, I don’t know what the WWE is doing.

That goes with Sheamus coming out right after HHH left and not saying a word about it. Sheamus made this big deal about “retiring” HHH, yet when he comes back, he says nothing?

        • Thomas Hall says:

Sheamus did that almost a year ago. It’s over. He got rid of HHH for a very long time. If WWE can make Edge and Christian not be brothers anymore they can let the Sheamus/HHH feud end with Sheamus winning. That’s what happened.

My head actually hurts after tonight. People are complaining about some of the strangest things. Bryan vs. Sheamus makes no sense? Sheamus thought Bryan was laughing at him. That’s reason enough for Sheamus to be pissed and want to fight Bryan. Rollercoaster of a Raw and I’d say about a B for my tastes.
