KB looking at the review ratings for Impact for the past few weeks you seem to be loving some TNA is this true?

I’m liking it a lot more lately. It’s been very nice to not have Bischoff and Hogan dominating the broadcast and having things be logical. Just having stuff make sense is a huge upgrade.

Do you think Russo being gone has helped too?

        • Thomas Hall says:

Quite a bit. Getting rid of him has added a lot of logic to the show. This is what I keep going back to with TNA:

I’m an educated man with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. I’ve been watching wrestling for over 20 years and I’ve watched over 20,000 matches. That being said, I’m still not sure if the Immortal storyline in 2010 made sense. There’s no excuse for that. It’s one thing to have complex stories that grow on themselves and have twists and turns. At the end of the day though, you should be able to figure it out at the end once everything is revealed. I spent two days thinking about it and I still wasn’t sure. That’s what Russo brings and that’s not good.

KB while Impact has been ok lately to me though its still a little eratic at times. I just don’t care for the AJ/Daniels/Kaz stuff,Garrett Bischoff’s Push, lack of Tag Teams,Eric Young just annoys me to no end (wait till you see what happens next week with him & ODB),and a few other things.

Next Week’s sounds terrible from what I read about it. Russo may be gone but they still are running around in circles.

Isn’t the Kaz/Daniels/AJ thing the exact same thing they had with Dreamer/Ray/AJ?

KB do you think Angle’s in ring work quality dropped after he left for TNA ? Are there any matches I HAVE to see from him in TNA ?

Also, are we getting the NM 05 review tonight ? I understand if you’re sick man, so take it easy.

    • Thomas Hall says:

I haven’t even started NM05 yet. Hopefully tomorrow, Saturday at the latest. I have it downloaded though.

As for Angle, his match with Hardy at No Surrender (stupid ending aside) and his cage match with Anderson at Lockdown, which I thought was one of the best matches of the year if not the best.

    • The Killjoy says:

His match with AJ Styles at Impact January 4th, 2010 was also a great one.
