If there<s one thing that Lucha Underground does right is chops. You can hear that slap in the whole arena, It's awesome.

It feels like, now that Dario is back, they’re getting back into the routine that worked so well in Season 1. Stories are carried over and built up, but there’s a group of guys that work one week, and a group that work the next. Muertes v Matanza could have been saved for Ultima Lucha (which I assume is happening), but will still be a sight to behold next week.

Also I can’t wait to see Matanza v Muertes.

Really dislike when Vampiro described Daga as using a shoot style/stiff style from Japan. Try to pretend it’s wrestling a little more than that.

Dario Cueto maybe the best personality in wrestling. He fully embodies a character and not just the one note of “bad guy who abuses his power”. I love his meetings with baby faces and heels in his office as if this were a normal job and the playfulness he has. It would be cool if WWE could learn from this example.

I love the new Killshot. I wouldn’t mind PTSD being explored on a character level in wrestling and LU usually does handle real world issues( Star’s whole feud with the Moths as an example) well given the surreal nature of the show acts as a buffer but I agree Striker needs to tone down the flippancy.
