All of those Strowman squash matches seem worth it now, we’ve managed to make Roman Reigns look good. Glad that guy’s finally getting a chance.

My internet went down during the show so I have no sarcastic comments about the wrestling. Still a little disappointed that Owens didn’t get himself DQ’d or something to get heat and make Goldberg look strong.

I understand the IWC’s frustration here but to play devil’s advocate it is WrestleMania….we are all going to watch regardless of what is on the card…it is the casual fan they must cater to, and in all honest John Cena is the only fulltimer that could be considered a household name….people know who Goldberg, Lesnar, Undertaker, Big Show ect…. are so while I see the reasons why you feel these part timers don’t belong at WM, I believe they have earned it and they will provide drawing power outside of the IWC…..personally I think Jericho vs Owens for the title should be the headliner but I am not sure if that would be enough to please everyone….and yes I do agree that Lesnar/Goldberg does not need the title but I believe the title needs them….it has been badly downgraded since KO won it (not his fault) and doesn’t seem any more important then the US title.

Roman Reigns/Braun Strowman and Neville/Jack Gallagher were definitely the best Matches on Fast Lane.

Also im just going to say if you deluded yourself into thinking Goldberg wasn’t winning i don’t know what to tell you. Though I guess it’s the end of the world to some people.

    • Dmxfury says:

You know a show is terrible when this is how short your comments are and you just tell us the obvious point of what the best ‘best’ matches were

      • Jay H (the real one) says:

Really that’s the best you can add to this discussion Dmx? In the immortal words of Matt Hardy. WONDERFUL.

        • Dmxfury says:

Easy now, I was simply tying to drive a point home in a way the usual website followers would understand…I’m guessing I was successful

And I’ll post more detailed comments in another post since it seems you’d like to see them

    • ted says:

Not the end of the world. Stupid, unnecessary, those i’d accept.

  5. Aeon Mathix says:

They…they are really trusting Lesnar vs Goldberg with a title on the line at wrestle mania?

  6. Prophet says:

Did you not get the Biggie reference when Big E was singing? GET IT? BIG E? BIGGIE? Come on, KB. He was singing Juicy.

    • Thomas Hall says:

I’m going to get flogged for this.

I have no idea what you’re talking about.

      • Bloodbuzz Bunk says:

You don’t know who Biggie Smalls is? Like just in a passing knowledge of pop culture sense?

      • Prophet says:

Notorious B.I.G. also known as Biggie or Biggie Smalls. Obviously the first thing is Big E sounding the same as Biggie. Then, the other thing is that Big E say the line “It was all a dream, I used to read”. This line comes from Biggie’s song ‘Juicy’ which first verse begins with “It was all a dream, I used to read Word Up! magazine.” It’s one of his most well known songs and the fact that they had a guy name Big E do it is by far the best easter eggs WWE has done in a long time. I know it was probably New Day and Big E who came up with it but my word is it brilliant.

        • Thomas Hall says:

Yeah I’ve heard of him. Just not the song. I’m really, really not a rap fan.

          That is indeed well done.

  7. TL Goon says:

    Its not “WrestleMania”.

Its “WrestleMania: The Ultimate Thrill Ride”.

    Four weeks of that.

  8. Your Eternal Reward says:

Sadly i’m thinking this is all just another way to try and get Roman over. He goes over Braun, probably Taker at Wrestlemania then goes on to beat Brockberg for the Universal title afterwards.

The company just does not give a shit about their current roster who work 4-5 times a week. Why bother building them up when you can get some cheap subscriptions over shit like ‘oh look 50 year old oldberg is squashing everyone hahahaha’.

We put all our support into the people who work full time despite them getting treated like shit most of the time only to see it mean nothing as expected when the big pay days coming rolling and all the big time players come back for that extra pay day.

Its just sad at this point.

  9. Hamler says:

    Kb, youre too nice.

Straight hot garbage ppv. Hardly anything redeeming came from this show. WWE can’t possibly make Owens look stronger than Lesnar so what do they do? Owens loses in like 15 seconds. Goldberg can’t bump so i can’t imagine how bad lesnar/goldberg 3 will be. Braun’s momentum – stopped. How much more intriguing would the inevitable Braun Championship reign be had he been undefeated? Just an all around bad ppv. Very questionable booking overall. In fact, whatever James Gracie says later on, I’ll probably agree. I’m gonna stick with Smackdown and NXT from now on to keep from having a stroke.
