I watched the Sting Debut and well done enough but I don’t think he needs it really, I just hope he doesn’t Wrestle.

Them working with Impact doesn’t feel like a Partnership as it is Omega going over there because he’s friends with Don Callis.

There’s some cool possibilities to this Impact partnership. Impact’s womens roster is top tier and would immediately bolster AEW’s out the gate. The two tag divisions are strong and have some great crossover matches between them. A little item to consider as well, what are the chances Impact is brought into the fold as the second AEW show? Mixing the rosters with Impact’s would be beneficial all around me thinks

If they do it right, it could be ok. I just don’t trust Impact as far as I can throw Marko Stunt across the street. I’m also not sure how much AEW can benefit from this.

This dude is always negative. AEW working with Impact in the short term isnt bad at all. Keeps things unexpected and interesting. The new World Champ running to Impact adds a whole different layer to the wrestling world AEW has created. It doesnt feel isolated to just AEW but many other organizations are part of the same universe. AEW working with Impact wont turn it into Impact. Stop thinking this is WWE.

      “This dude is always negative.”

I’m positive that the accuracy of this statement is negative.

      • SUKnight says:

Its accurate. Just read your own replies in the comments. Its “oh itll be OKAY maybe” or “I don’t trust this will work out”. Just everything is super cynical and smarky.

There’s also the part where I give it the highest grade of any show this week, have nothing as bad, and take issue with a single thing on the show.

But yeah, nothing but negative. Not a single thing.

I’m sorry that Leyla Hirsch match was borderline unwatchable and she is comically small.

  5. Mike M. says:

C’mon KB, you aren’t excited about seeing Eric Young twice a week?

This was a huge show overall. Sting debuted and you could argue that wasn’t even the biggest thing that happened. The AEW title match really worked for me and I’m very interested in seeing where the deal with Impact leads. I loved Moxley’s nod to Patterson too.

    So negative
