Another problem is that there are no more household names anymore. For example, No casual fan really know who Drew McIntyre is. And it seems everyone has fought everyone on the weekly shows so nothing feels special anymore. Outside of the stage setup and just looking at matchups WM is no different than any other PPV these days.
I’ll watch of course but if I had to miss it this year for one reason or another I wouldn’t mind. First time I can say that. Edge just never did anything for me so it’s hard for me to get excited.
Not to mention there’s really no one left for Drew unless they drag the Sheamus feud out until then
