With all these releases by the WWE this year, what do you think is behind them? Do you believe it is all related to financials?
I think a lot of it is someone looked at the roster and asked why they had so many wrestlers. WWE’s roster was ridiculously bloated and cuts had been long overdue. Now some of them were ridiculous, but I find it hard to believe that there was a need to keep say the Lucha House Party (who wanted out) and Bo Dallas on the payroll. I don’t think it was so much they needed the money but rather they were cutting some unnecessary expenses.
