The overall story has been great and unpredictable (other the Roman’s wins) but as a writing instructor, I instruct my students that if I do not have to read the climax, falling action, and conclusion of your work and still know what happens….that is lazy writing. I guess it is harder for WWE writers to do anything outside the box anymore in the days of social media and every fan trying to be a writer and critic instead of just going along for the ride.

To be fair though, how much of that is knowing how wrestling works? I would think that there’s good writing to be found even when you know the ending coming. In the end, the good guys win in wrestling and there isn’t much that can be done to hide that.

KB, seriously, Can’t you tell where the Sami Zayne story is going? The writing has become lazy and all signs point to Jey Uso obviously screwing Sami at elimination chamber bringing out KO and setting up the tag match. Wrestlemania hasn’t been good since Wrestlemania 30.

What makes you think I don’t see it going that way? And that doesn’t make it lazy. It’s been compelling, even if the ending is pretty clear.
