I Think I Fixed The Scrolling Problem

I’m pretty sure I found the setting that was messing with things.  Please let me know if it’s working on your end so I can know if I have more to do.  Thank  you all for your patience as my goodness that would have driven me crazy.

    seems to be good now on chromium-based browsers which is where i was seeing the issue and what most people are probably using. on firefox it was working fine even without reader mode enabled for me, i won’t question it lol
