Rock vs Hogan is about as big of a match and moment as you can get in wrestling. Even as a kid watching his first Hulk Hogan match, I still knew how special that was.
Mick Foley winning the world title, dang what a feel good moment. Foley was the ultimate babyface.
Cornette did a live watch of Rock vs. Hogan, which he either hadn’t seen before or hadn’t seen since it originally aired.
Cornette’s take on the whole thing? “This is pro wrestling.” As in this is EXACTLY how it’s supposed to go.
